Have you ever been out for a leisurely jog when some guy tries to get you to upgrade your mobile service? Well, if this has happened to you, you’ll enjoy this video.

But seriously, the ongoing situation that inspired this video was two-fold. First, I get a ton of “Unknown” phone calls on my mobile phone (does anyone have a land line anymore?) Every now and then, especially if it’s an area code of a job I applied for, I’ll answer that call. And 10 times out of 10, it’s some phone bot trying to get me to buy something or hold on for this important message. I usually just hang up but c’mon, it’s an annoyance. So I decided to make a video about it. I’m not solving any world problems here but if just one telemarketer sees this and thinks, “Hey, today I won’t make that call” then I’ve done my job.

There’s another reason I made this video and it’s a lot more important. I love film and someone reminded me that I need to just get out there and shoot stuff. And they were right. The only way I’m going to learn is to actually film shorts and hopefully, I can turn that into something bigger. Always live your dream!

Jogging In The Woods With Friends was a labor of love. Big shot out to Sharonica Jones for operating the camera and Lashay Lanier for playing the jogger. It was stupid hot that day and as you can tell by watching the video; I lost 5 pounds of sweat that day. But it was all worth it, I’d do it again tomorrow.
